Tessa Published her book The Good Samaritan ten years ago, after she had watched helplessly as a man ahead of her in the queue for the London Underground was hit by a trolley. The trolley driver, who had been drinking beer, was never found and no charges were ever brought. Tessa decided to write the book and donate all proceeds to charity.
